Withdrawal Procedures
To withdraw your student submit the form below along with your photo ID.
Please be sure to submit this form as early as possible, but no later than the day prior to your student's last day at LHS. On your student's last day, he/she will bring home the necessary (unofficial) paperwork to enroll in another school. If you have any questions, please contact the registrar at (240) 236-7814.
