Applied Business Law (333280)

Course Description

This course provides an in-depth study of sales contracts, credit, warranties, employment contracts, and commercial paper. Business Law provides a knowledge of the history of law, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of rights and obligations. Topics include torts, crimes, contracts, bailments, and insurance as they apply to business organizations. Selected activities, such as mock trials, may be included to enhance understanding of courtroom procedures.
