Management and Entrepreneurship (333090)

Course Description

This is a course for students interested in managerial careers or in owning their own business. The course promotes career development that will improve employment opportunities as a manager, owner, or employee. Topics include: types of business ownership, creating a business plan, management functions, manager/entrepreneur responsibilities, and career information. Activities will be used to develop skills in decision making, leadership, stress management, communications, marketing, finance, and selecting and managing employees.
