Course Description
|
This is an introductory course designed for students with an interest in
business. Students acquire practical skills through a general study of banking
services, checking accounts, budgeting, credit, insurance, investments,
communications, consumer economics, computers, and technology. This course
familiarizes students with content included in the other business courses such
as business law, management, and accounting. By enrolling in these courses,
students may pursue in-depth studies. Students with an interest in business who
are unsure of educational and career opportunities will also find this course
beneficial.
