Course Description
|
This course provides a strong foundation in advanced algebra study with an
emphasis on the active use of technology as a tool for understanding
relationships and applying knowledge in disciplines such as science, commerce,
social science, and the humanities. Topics include mathematical modeling with
functions (linear, polynomial, exponential, logarithmic, and periodic), discrete
mathematics (matrices, paths, circuits, and probability), and data analysis with
prediction.
NOTE: This is an optional course after Algebra II.
It is not required for Pre Calculus.
